Their eliminating the roving manager position and now the roving bankers will report to a branch manager and home branch. Makes way more sense. The roving managers were getting paid sooo much money to basically do nothing but spy on the branch managers and report back to regional management.
Long story short is they’re all getting a new manager lol
See that, it is working, create enough confusion and it makes it much easier to get your agenda flying when "I don't get it" statements become the norm.
