This place pays cr-p, is unsafe, toxic, and with horrible management. I'm not sure why anybody's goal would be to stay at US Foods long term. I've been looking for something else for a while as it is, getting them to pay me to leave would truly be a dream come true.

Yes, very scared. We are adopting my sisters children after she died and really need a regular income. I am scared to death of layoffs.
I am sick to my stomach about our recent acts and decisions and so I am looking fora new job bug im scared to loose my job before i do. I need the money for my family now.
I hear ya. I’m a national sales guy and for the first time in my over 5 years here, I am embarrassed by what I have read and seen. I don’t work in the market DCs but I sympathize with all of them. And that shooting inside one of our markets in Alabama that I am told is still being mishandled is a damn shame. I am here for now and am looking too after our lame proposals and marketing CMO, hearing about the unethical way they hired the CEO’s son and an unethical Colonel Sanders BP , the mishandling of unethical complaints, our apps constantly failing,, and some internal challenges in my workplace. In spite of that I am a top seller. I am just no longer proud to work at us foods. It’s a tragedy fall so quickly from grace.
