Let me do my job and it'll get done in time. Hanging over my shoulder all the fu--ing time will only slow down the process and you threatening with my name being put on the "list" if it's not will just get me pi---d off, not motivated. How hard is it to let us do our jobs in peace?

Playing devils advocate here, I’m a manager and I’m sick and tired of having to set deadlines and micro manage some of my direct reports. Do your f-c-ing job and there won’t be problems. I’m getting chewed out daily because some of my ICs su-k.
@OP yeah the rise of abnormal chronic micro managing and the flunky list takers of names. Not unusual when a company is out my main fuel and facing implosion. Lot of bodies gonna have to go overboard in panic to keep this sham show going.
