300+‐400 VPCH...not feasible for what coming ahead...please think about us and not your wallet...we are tired, mad sick of it...pile more on us with no help, and definitely no hours given to us....people are scared to speak up i think....please re-think all the stupid labor intensive programs you people are hatching.....produce, meat..kitchen....etc...please...we are tired and exhausted ....so much shrink you people are creating....please stop working us into the ground

retaliation..u hit it...I cant speak for everyone...but, they find out who is who on the survey?...I bet the "retaliation" would be...very creative
You are correct, Hy-Vee is out of touch!
A lot of people are quitting and finding new jobs. The ones that are left will just eventually leave or put up with it. It’s not that hard to find a better job/working environment.
And that ridiculous survey. It’s not anonymous when you have to put your employee id and you are not given any places to comment. No body is going to answer the way they want to because of retaliation. Retaliation is a major problem at Hy-Vee. From the top down.
If only the thinkers would listen to the doers. Heck to a survey now and then about big change ideas could save in the long run.
"coming ahead" probably wasn't the right words, I apologize...its everything new that is thrown our way, now and in the future...we just cant do at the moment, maybe some can?...but I know lots cant and struggle....mealtime kits?(junk)...upcoming instore salads?...cmon, ...again, 300-400VPCH....please be realistic and think about the people at the store level struggling to try to keep up...out of touch
