Currently in prod support, WLB is not there and looking to pivot. Which is better? Or is it all bad?

When you are working in IT it’s quite different than driving a bus (no offense to bus drivers). You have to love what you do. Of course management pays you but you are really there to impress yourself. Go to sleep every night knowing you have done your best. Of course take care of your family especially your children but working in IT does require a lot of hours and dedication. As a young person with a family and demanding job your time is limited so use your time wisely. Before you ask for something always be confident in your head that you worked and deserve it
