Trust me, after doing it for over 25 years for T just to be kicked out the door...don't do ANYTHING over the bare minimum for T, they won't recognize nor reward, they don't give a S about you, just remember that.

@eb , either that’s BS or you’re part of their “friends & family” program. Either way…bu99er off!
According to my review where I was rated Role Model and then given a promotion a few months later, tells me that going above and beyond is very rewarding.
They probably replaced you with a but kissing DEI hire. Never go above and beyond name of the game kiss a-s.
Never go above and beyond for T. Trust me, after doing it for over 25 years for T just to be kicked out the door.
Have you stopped to think going above and beyond was the reason you remained employed for 25 years?
Truth!
Good riddance.......OP sounds like another "ringer".
Had a boss one time tell me that it was my fault when I complained about not being compensated fairly. I thought what a je-k, he’s the one that can give me a raise, bonus or promotion, but after reflecting on that a while, I realized he was right. It was my fault for not negotiating harder for a higher salary, or finding something better that paid me what I thought I was worth, or me believing working harder and producing better results would net me more. So I quit.
Captain Obvious has arrived
Have you ever gone above and beyond? You don't seem like one of those kind of person.
