Anyone Else see IN the Becky EMail how it was more Centered Around the “3-4 days a week office presence” more than the summer Friday????

I'm being pushed to RTO. Just secured a fully remote role and putting my notice in sometime in the next few weeks.

I’m in HR. It’s a non issue, unless you make it one. Do what you need to do, be available and accessible to your boss,team and stakeholders. That’s all. Move on.
Who the f-ing cares. I’m just shocked that we are keeping summer hours. The RTO policy has been in place for many years, so I don’t understand what you’re trying to get at by complaining about a non-issue.

Why bother going into the office at all? Eventually they'll just tell you to stay home so they can lay you off over Teams.
