LinkedIn votes PepsiCo Hyderabad as the top companies for career growth. Is that true?? I have heard horror stories and frequent attrition.

Poor management in all geographies. This company is a train wreck and only stays afloat because of the brands. Most of the brands are declining due to consumer preference and again the total incompetence of the company.
Arre, just joking, haan! But seriously, have you gone to the office and seen the state of affairs? Ever since Saravan took over, things have gone from bad to worse only. Every boss has their own "chamchas" (favorites) whom they always support and promote. Full politics is going on, boss. And obviously, this news is 100% paid media!.
Maybe we should move there and start taking their jobs.
