It isn't DEI based. I had coworker stating how lgbtq people are groomers at the office and after kids and was part of the DEI resource groups. Mention the issues and how it should at least be a topic covered in corporate training. It was ignored and then part of the layoffs
If anything NetApp doesn't really care about DEI it's just whatever is for profitability and for global metrics having that looks good for the countries that has it. While in reality it doesn't matter at all when people are harassed by coworkers it is just ignored and the person speaking up about it is then put on the chopping block
