Team,

We have reviewed the results from the employee surveys shared over the past several months.

The feedback showed consistent themes: a desire for greater stability, consistency, clarity, communication, and transparency. We heard those requests, and today we are responding.

We are announcing another organizational restructuring as part of our new People First Strategy.

As part of this strategy, we will be removing several things employees currently value in order to support progress and future alignment.

We understand that change can be uncomfortable. To address that directly, we will be rolling out 12 major organizational changes at the same time.

it's clear from responses that teams are finding many blockers in their day to day work. In order to remedy this, each team will now have a dashboard tracking their resolution of these blockers, which management will review bi-weekly, and will factor into performance reviews. We expect AI will solve >30% of these issues, and expect many great results from automating your way past the blocks.

We know that the issue of severance has created concerns and confusion . People are not clear on the severance amounts or when they ate eligible. Starting today, in the interest of stability, clarity and transparency, we are terminating our severance program. You will get nothing. Adios.
