Don’t forgot we had a sister location with many of the same types of groups in King of Prussia. OP, so you mean Surpas?

It’s been ongoing. At one time, BNY was in 3 buildings plus we had a cafe in the mansion. Now we are down to just one building and it seems unlikely we will be there much longer. Truth be told, if we had to be out at the end of the year would would likely already be packing up. Maybe our lease says we can leave as is? I don’t think we have any server equipment anymore. There is a data intensive group set up near the cafe with a duplicate site in Pennington. Not sure how valuable it is anymore.

Who in their right mind would relocate to Pittsbug or Fake Mary?

We were told we had the option of either Pittsburgh OR Lake Mary.

Sadly, we were told to relocate to Pittsburgh in early 2027.

The lease runs out at the end of 2026 with an option to extend it for one more year. I've heard that Blackrock, who have another building in the complex, want to expand into the BNY building, so that could mean we're out at the end of this year.

As usual, there has been no official notice of plans for the building or employees. Are we going to be told that we have to relocate to Pittsburg or Lake Mary? Who knows.
