This place is a total dead end. I know I'm working toward nothing. I can't get invested or make myself care. My team is good, and they're the only reason I do my part. But it's getting harder by the day.

I get people I've never met before knowing me by name/vouch. My work-life balance is a-s enough with OT. I'm a low energy b*tch here lol.
But I do have slackers on my team. They just su*k though - no 2nd company wants them.

@ab There are 2 types of people
Slacker - and the mf who can competently moonlight for 2-3 companies.
If you can moonlight at least automate OT's end and help your team a bit. If you su-k at both you deserve to lose both.
Oh Yeah, I know a few people who actually are working multiple jobs, both remote. Let that sink in. Are they really slackers or something else? Do not get fooled, if you managed somehow to remain virtual I bet the slacker in your team has two jobs.

same here, but I've noticed there is always a slacker in all teams no matter how good of a person they are
