I keep hearing about how great the response rate was and the PR spin on this is that it correlates to people caring. Our employees care or they wouldn’t take the time to respond. But they aren’t actually diving into the results to take accountability. I heard that the survey reflected most managers aren’t confident they understand expectations in their job in the new org model (so they can’t advertise that at large because it would create more distrust and chaos). Who is going to trust their manager if the results show that most managers are also scared and unsure about everything going on!

@j1 you speak the truth. C-suite has shown repeatedly that they are infallible. Zero accountability. Previous LT would take responsibility for overreaching and errors. Not this pack of sc-m
After a barrage of PowerPoints, only the front line supervisors will be blamed for low scores, totally ignoring what ails at the mid- and top decks. The poor ba----ds down below will waste even more time on action plans that no one will follow through on. Then it will be time for another survey. Rinse and repeat.
Chevron management is a clueless and classless egos who are focused solely on themselves. Not the stakeholders, not the people who built the company, just themselves. Pure human trash with zero loyalty to the people who put them where they are. I can't believe that I wasted 25 years with this clown outfit. Looking back, I should have invested myself in a company that values its people.
33 plus year retiree here. They’ve been doing the surveys for a LONG time. IMO….they’re for show. Don’t hold your breath. Nothing changes.
Who trusts CEOs these days? Especially at a mega corp. If you expect to trust a CEO of a company this size you're delusional.
