I don’t know what’s your sentiment about Cisco IQ, but it doesn’t seem to be a big success given the fact that CX has started an extensive action to make customer onboard to this.

Early stages indeed, cool built-in AI features, roadmap looks very impressive, Cisco needs to deliver to make it successful.
It's not a product, and it will drive no sales. Instead it will automate work done by CX and allow cost reduction through CX wide LRs.
