Just hearing R&D are considering Layoffs in EMEA Region. Has anyone heard similar? New EMEA R&D lead not happy with duplication of teams and roles???

Looks more layoffs coming in R&D, I have heard certain ethnic groups are being targeted.
The region would benefit from layoffs . It’s poorly run , most R and D roles are actually not” R and D” . That’s the primary problem . Many roles replicate manufacturing roles and are misplaced , and true R And D is poorly lacking.
