I could not agree more! (Current employee as well since I can't find another job).
@ha for who? If you're not upper leadership, you haven't gotten a bonus since 2023. All this means is they will stifle raises even more than they have been
Not to mention the email about bonus restructuring indicating def less money for us

@e5 Agreed! We were just given a crazy metrics number. That along with PEGA installed I guess I will be on the chopping block
Things are always changing but right now su-ks. The production they want is unattainable

Current employee. I absolutely hate this job now. Metrics are not attainable. And they keep adding more requirements. Leadership is useless & clueless.
This is hands down the worst company I’ve ever worked for. The employee surveys are fake and completely meaningless. If you want the truth, ask the people actually working here instead of believing the polished corporate nonsense.
Most employees are only here because the job market is terrible right now, not because anyone actually wants to stay. Morale is dead,leadership is incompetent, and the work environment is toxic. Especially DXE is very toxic.This company treats employees like they’re disposable and then pretends to care during surveys and meetings.
Avoid this place unless you absolutely have no other option.
It’s the worst Job I’ve ever had…by a long shot. And there’s no end in sight to the increasing workloads…
