From what I was told, big hit in NA sales
In May/June as Orcl looks to consolidate
across industry. If you are an app/tech architect and not updated your resume, you will probably be potentially sc--wed.. 20% minimum are planned to be terminated, especially those with Sept vesting.
Cleanup coming for Sales under Clay so I keep hearing. He’s asking why do we have multiple layers of managements when AI can grab and sum up update reports and order processing gets automated more and more.
in the netsuite gbu we sales SCs and product management were hit extremely hard. outside of AI bot sellers, not sure how much more we can cut...

Likely, yes. That role was not impacted as much in the last RIF so is overdue. Besides, LE wants to move what they do to AI (quotes, configs, designs, ..). That, and of course the fact that he hates sales people and the sales org.
