Only if you have stock options that you dont want them to clawback or if you want to be rehired. Other than that, give whatever notice you want. Read the HR book to see what notice to give and what the impacts are.

You are almost assuredly an at-will employee (assuming US). You can leave the next day if you want. You only risk being eligible for reemployment and maybe stock depending on your specific situation.

I think if P4 engineers are VPs then yes. But also check state law on what's required.

Despite what Workday tells you, check your state laws, they are the definitive source unless you're contractually obligated to a certain amount of days.
