Breather before the plunge, mates?

What will happen June 29th? Any rumors or theories on the organization changes planned? Very little has happened so far. Is this the breather before the plunge?

Carnage on Automation side.
Just as normal on Aerospace side.

I remembered Cov ..year 2020 June was a month of RIF, especially end of Q3. Hopefully history doesn't repeat

Management is definitely having a lot of secret conversations but they aren’t announcing anything yet

Are retirement benefits being frozen or cut?

Long timers are leaving becuse they are hearing retirement benefits are going to be drastically cut after the separation

there won't be any changes - the organization is already lean given the company culture. Elliott would need to deploy some serious management consultants across all facilities to optimize

businesses have been running separated for months.
biggest changes likely in services like IT, etc.

Are the long timers leaving because they are pressured? There are quite a few individuals who have left for lower scoped roles and some that have not yet announced their new roles.

Automation side: I genuinely think so. Also seeing some long timers announcing their retirements so they obviously have decided it’s a good time to do so.
