If you get notified , do they give you a chance to find another role within Fidelity?

I have been the subject of more than one of these events in the past. Some roles give you weeks notice prior to your last day, others give you days notice. You are welcome to network within whatever time that is, and my experience is that your coworkers (not HR, not senior leaders) at Fidelity do want to help and will try to find places for people who want to stay. If you're high enough up the food chain to begin with, then you do get some support from HR trying to find you a spot. @a1 Dont know why you got downvoted. But no, you dont. maybe in the 3 months of transition assistance you could find something in fidelity, but no.
