I never could forgive out who really valued VOE. I hope it never comes back. The endless emails and manager reminders even though I did the survey on the first day (hoping to avoid endless emails and manager reminders) are just so freaking irritating. But not nearly as irritating as all the skip levels and other follow ups, and not a whole lot of results

This will be one of my answers:Dealing with a difficult boss can be incredibly frustrating. When your supervisor is particularly unpleasant, it can create a toxic work environment that affects not just your productivity but also your overall morale. It's essential to find ways to cope with the situation, whether that means setting boundaries, seeking support from colleagues, or finding constructive ways to communicate your concerns. Ultimately, maintaining your professionalism while navigating these challenges is key to surviving and thriving in such a workplace.

VOE is a fake way to "hear" what the FTE's have to say. You say you have unsafe working conditions, they give you some cookies and say get back to work.

Nobody cares when employment opportunities outside don’t exist. Get back to work.
