Haven't heard of no OT for direct labor at DV. Aero doesn't pay OT to salaried employees. The few direct hourly employees my group has are constantly pulling OT to support programs that are behind schedule. There are a couple of contractors and they're pulling OT for the same reason. Can't see how anything will get done on time without direct personnel working OT: testing, document releases, TSO, etc. are dependent on direct hourly personnel.
payroll is so messed up they had to cut the OT. Hundred billion dollar company can't even figure out basic payroll and how to pay people properly.
It appears Olathe is simply late to the party. The discussion that began last week already laid out the core issues. This isn’t a case of the executive leadership team suddenly stepping up; it’s a reactionary scramble to protect optics, with no real accountability for prior decisions.

You better get this in your head. No overtime. Slow down. This is not gonna work.
That will tell you why. This is how they treat the people who are slow or don’t learn quick. Bunch of people will bullying, intimidation, and they finally start cracking down on company policies
Most of the time you were immune and protected by your group leaders. What are you gonna be like the other people?
By slowing down. This is not gonna crate overtime. They’re gonna stagnate the brakes so the six or eight people will cover those times. They will be implementing Friday Saturday Sunday as in another shift. In order to cover the overtime.
You always voted yes during contract. Always thinking this was gonna cover your bills. This is where no common sense comes in to play. Now that they’re gonna remove the overtime for shareholder value. You’re forced to live on the pay that you thought was so wonderful as long as you had your overtime.
Bottom line. When you show up late to work or brakes are longer than normal. You’re gonna be disciplined and treated like to slow people, or the people who don’t know all the jobs. The group leader will not be protecting you or management anymore. Your mind won’t be able to handle this in your bad habits that you learned will get you in trouble.
If they try to really slow down production, it won’t work. I’ll tell you why. So if you need six people to come in early to work overtime. You guys will not be going to break at the same time. This covers your breaks. You won’t have resource workers anymore. Y’all have temps that make less you.
They will cover early overtime and late overtime. Unless we can find a way to do it with the current team. New directors and new management one force rules that have never been enforced. Out with the old culture and with the new.
They got you right where they want. I guess I’ll have to get another full-time job. In order to cover all the material things you wanted in life. If you made more pay, you probably want to have to get another job. I guess you cr-p out of luck.

Let me get this straight. They're coming out with no overtime policy. Throughout the whole company.
I guess they need that money for shareholder value. When I read this it suggest that's what it states. Correct me if I'm wrong.
