With the number of departures of experienced staff, things are going to start to slip. It'll take a while, but expect a steady erosion of performance as many of the top performing employees continue to leave.

Sarnia and Nanticoke are usually >90, Strathcona is structurally <90 and moreso with spare Renewable diesel unit, and there's been Q1 maintenance events...
