You absolutely did cheer when other groups were targeted.
When H‑1B workers were mocked and pushed out, you laughed.
When people with accents or “flip‑flops” were publicly ridiculed, you treated it like entertainment. When DEI programs were dismantled and LGBTQ people were singled out, you celebrated it like a victory. So spare me the act now that the same tactics are landing on you. You just assumed you’d never be in the rotation.
That’s not a “reach.” That’s the predictable outcome of a system you applauded when it was aimed at others.

You were fine with this treatment when it was aimed at “illegals,” but now that the same tactics are being used on you, suddenly it’s a crisis.
Its purposeful. They want to make as many people as possible as miserable as possible so they quit and dont have to pay severance or have the negative optics of a layoff. They dont care if it destroys culture, morale, brand image, etc. That’s why we have 5x RTO.
