State farm been getting over on everyone lately when hear it is we pay our bill faithfully every month but can't help customers that pay that bill every month my house was had water damage that mess up my daughter and son room they try to offer me 500 dollars what is that going to do get some materials ok they told me it was my roof I got it fix out of pocket and they didn't want to help me fix my children ceiling I wish I never ever dealt with them

There is always more than what people state when they complain about a claim not being covered. Devil is in the details. "getting over on everyone" lol....
anyway you wont find serious discussion here, just one person who will spam your thread with weird BS (see the downvotes hes currently stuck in agency convention spam mode) or disgruntled employees.

Yes but it is agents field discounting, coaching insureds on claims, making millions of useless phones calls to operations yearly. This is costing the company billions and taking time away from customers that really do need service. Company invests billions into technology that the agents either don't use or they circumvent the process. Mostly agents don't review policies, request countless agency commitments to correct mistakes or give coverages the insured never requested just to cover their backside. Still the first thing that needs to go at SF.....is Agents! Money drain.....
There are hundreds of agency openings, jump on in. And by the way scooter, it ain’t agents making claims decisions.
Gotta pay those agents and fund that agency convention! If it makes you feel any better your agent pockets 8% -15% of your premium every time your policy renews. Helps him get his wife a new Lexus every other year, fund his vacation or lake home and fund his other businesses he hides from State Farm..... Oh and don't forget those $24 million dollar CEO bonuses and private jets! $175 billion in the bank and counting! Stack it up bizzinitchezzs! Delay, Delay and Delay more.....thats just more interest earned...how cares about the backend!
