HR Advisory Services - Elavon / MPS

As a whole, HR Advisory Services for Elavon / MPS is a wolf in sheep’s clothing. They are literally salivating to fire individuals. Spreadsheet management hacks at best. Placing any trust in this team of veiled “consultants” would be a bad move. Stay far away, the clock is ticking and they’re out for blood.

@am This! Without a doubt. You can see and hear the desperation of their insecurities when they talk to engineers. Engineers though don’t even think about them. LOL!

HR is there to protect the company not the employees. They are not your friends. They do not care if you complain unless someone is violating law and even then it is questionable.

@am not a big fan of HR but I’m telling you the People Analytics team is full of smart data scientists.

HR are typically mass comm and psychology majors. Mostly female who have an envy for those that took all the calc, diffi q, vectors, discrete because of no brain power.

They love firing engineers, mathematicians and physics majors, which are actual majors.

Human resources literally makes it impossible to fire employees. Employees at this institution are protected literally all costs. If you get yourself some kind of medical protection, you're set. HR will not touch an employee with medical accomodations.

Huge disconnection between consultancy and real-world human impact - these consultants have no idea how many times they almost push somebody and kids out to the streets because parents are out of jobs.

Avoid at all costs, they are bad news and DGAF about you, only the company. They are mostly lawyers trying hard to avoid lawsuits, no matter the internal fallout. They act nice but don't fall for it. Definitely wolves in sheep's clothing, totally agree!
