Three words. What a mess!

We witnessed our leaders in a dark room with bad lighting. There were sound issues that went on the entire meeting that was giving me a headache.

Our senior leaders talked for 30 minutes about what food they like. The last 30 minutes were a blur of non sense. They all looked like they hate each other and have not exercised in 15 years.

I walked away feeling d-mber for having used my time to attend that meeting. Thank you.

And didn’t they cancel the Q1 town hall? Can’t believe it took them months to put this town hall together. MONTHS! when us itv worker bees are over here churning out a new cda every 15 minutes and testing thousands of controls! WHAT A JOKE

The SLT was so miserable with Lizzie they planned to jump into real estate with their brother. They mentioned Lizzie doesn’t know what she’s doing many times.

Why is the head of ITV surrounding herself with people that openly mocked her a couple of years ago?

She either does not know or she is keeping her enemies close. This is dirty.

The AI impact is extremely overstated. It saves maybe a few hours per control if doing it right. Everyone involved still has to apply time consuming critical thinking and meet with several parties to understand the purpose of the control and related compliance applicability.

Our leaders have no idea what is going on. They have never been asked to do what you are being asked to do. It shows.

“The FIRM is in growth mode” and a mention of how they are looking to see where they can place top talent in the front line. That was all I got out of it. It was not very informative at all.

Did Lizard say why they continue to allow nepotism, favoritism, and haven't displaced any leaders? Did she say why there are tons of people who do no testing and validation in her group, yet they are a testing function?

It’s alway the favorite foods. Same for CAO town halls. Big waste of time, every time.
