CX Cloud + chat interface
Cisco is positioning this as action-oriented AI.
Reality (likely near-term):
- Recommendation engine → yes
- Fully autonomous remediation → limited
Why:
- Change control constraints (especially in enterprise + federal)
- Risk of misconfiguration at scale
- Lack of unified API orchestration across all Cisco products
Oh and this is where an exec gets an entire org removed for a year but they get it back after a year. That’s called wrong person for the job.
@eq we really got bamboozled by splitting merit and promotion cycles. They never send allot our way but now they’re just hoping for attrition?
They let the people in bananagalore train the basic model to get it barely usable and now they are going down fast in head count. So they push usage and compliance to the competent groups to get the real, needed training done. Then what's next?
Cisco IQ is doing so well that it went to GA followed by an email by Liz everyone did a great job in CX and no one is getting fired! Oh and don’t all expect a merit increase either for all your hard work!
@df “it’s not a product” things that make you go hmmm.
one more bad product
Can cOnfirm Cisco is changing to a BBL model
@bm who is even SM?
New product announcement. 📣 CSPC Agentic AI (Syslogs and SNMP Traps)
Hold on, grabbing popcorn
Why SM left if IQ was so good? No new features. Why customers will pay for signature services?
Change is constant !
It’s all still syslog 😂
Isn’t Cisco IQ just a revamped version of CSPC?
nothing will change..
