Talk about bait and switch. Left the company and left before my billing cycle was up. They are trying to back charge me for the previous bill and saying because I left during the bill cycle I lost my promos what an unfair business practice to bill promos in arrears when they bill in advance!!!!

@OP it took me 6 months to get my employee discount applied when I left tmpbile I lost the discount immediately funny how that works

@ad I already switched to the other provider. This bill came after the fact. Bill was paid up and they retroactively charged me for the month in arrears when they bill in advance. Totally unacceptable billing practice…. Glad I left this company.
Call 611 from your phone and tell them you should still be getting those promos even if you’re not an employee any longer. I had to do this a few weeks ago.
This happened to me as well. I had to call and get a credit adjustment. The following month I switched to another provider.
Quit complaining and just get it taken care of.
