I was hoping for this outcome. I don't have another job lined up, like most of us don't. I'm going to take a break, decompress, and then figure out what's next. Good luck to everyone, especially the real pros and the good people I had the pleasure of working with. My advice to everyone still at Nike is to focus on finding something else. It will not get better around here.

I felt the same when it happened to me but, if the job search drags on, it can be a different type of stress. Ultimately, I landed in a much better place and am much happier as a result.
I’m sorry to those of you who have been impacted. Keep your heads up. I hope you end up in a much better place on the other side.
I’ve been on the other side of my Nike time for a few months now, it’s been the most refreshing feeling. Best of luck in your down time, your search, recalibration, whatever you choose to do with this time. Life after Nike is pretty damn good.
