Thread regarding State Farm Insurance layoffs

Such a toxic place

The culture is so bad that people end up becoming worse versions of themselves the longer they stay here. It takes a special kind of talent to pull that off, but SF has always been an overachiever.

You know what is funny! When a claim specialist does better in retirement than those big buck team managers. It really upsets them, but it goes to show you it's not what you make rather what your work ethic is and what you do with it. Too many sadly have substance abuse problems, multiple divorces, and live beyond their means. Don't ever think anyone is better and if you believe they are toxic, stay away. I did until I retired and now I laugh at them while I say and do what I want. They are the sad ones not you. Keep your chin high.

I love it here. 20 more years before I retire with a big fat pension.

Mark my word: they come out acting like good citizens and very intelligent. It's a front! Some have civil and criminal records. RICO exposed only a small part of the criminal. They are ALL politicians at every management level. The only way the worker will change the toxic environment is to put them on record. With as many irons they have in the fire, it's just a matter of time until honesty is exposed. Remember! They do Their dirty deeds behind closed doors in the dark. Sunlight and truth will be its disinfectant.
