Do you get notified a day before or does an HR meeting pop up on your calendar in the morning?

I was notified 2 weeks beforehand.
Some management alerts folks well in advance, while cowards wait until the very last moment because they have no soul

Our meeting invite came pretty late the night before.
It depends. I heard that there were some LOBs that were told the day before but can't confirm that. For us, we got a meeting alert that was 30 minutes away. However we saw someone from senior management in the building and they live in another state. Someone spotted them so we knew even before the meeting is was going to happen, because there was no other reason for them to be there. Of course it was the Tuesday after payday. It was in the morning around 930 or 10am.
