I've been a top performer here for eight years, but lately I feel like I am losing my mind. My manager moves targets constantly and then acts confused when I miss them. A coworker who does half my work got a big promotion last quarter. I know I should leave, I just don't believe I am good enough anymore. This place did that to me.

@OP you're not good, you're great! This company just su-ks the life out of anyone. Pick yourself up and search somewhere else. I left after 11 years and landed at a company that's paying more and is the complete opposite as humana
I escaped last year. Well over a decade of results, but never got ahead. When the raises and bonuses became less and less and the expectations grew by the day, and was passed up for over 50 jobs, I decided to leave. There’s life after Humana. What are you doing to find yours?
agreed. a horrible demoralizing feeling. so many have said once you get out you realize how bad it was.
@OP You ARE good enough!!!
As you said, Humana made you feel as though you are not. Humana has an extremely toxic environment. That toxic environment is created mainly on the middle management level (e.g. Director, Associate Director, Manager).
And VP’s and SVP’s look the other way.
