No one has any faith in the employee survey. No actions are going to come from it.

@wj is correct. It is not that difficult to guess who said what from your direct reports. The important point is to provide constructive feedback and not take cheap shots or air personal grievances just to make your direct report look bad. It is also true that the higher up in corporate negative comments focus, the less direct reports can do about it. Still important for the compiled statistics. It is not true that input isn't considered to some extent at all levels, but it also remains true the shareholder value is the only focus even too chicks up from the rank and file. Important to phrase higher level negative comments in terms of potential impacts on the bottom line if you wish to have any impact.
@ah As a lower level supervisor, I can say that we can’t see who is who on the results. My supervisor can’t either, but I’m sure somewhere up the chain it gets outed if they want.
Any supervisor worth their salt doesn’t need to filter the data by psg or anything else. If you speak with your people regularly you can pick out who has left what. Even more telling is writing style. If you’ve left comments and your manager isn’t an id--t, they can tell by that.
Were asked to try to address the issues brought up but there’s only so much that can be done when the employees issues are related to dissatisfaction with the corporation.
The survey - wellll… there is a reason that everyone can’t use the same link to access it.. try sharing the email link you received Won’t work
HR is useless. They either point you to an 800 number, contradict each other or direct you to an out of date website. Screenshot everything they say.
@OP
I think the senior leadership will still feel the sting if tou tell them what you think of them. Useless sh--e.
And do not be fooled, it is not anonymous. There are a million ways to dissect the data (by PSG, by gender, by generation etc), that they can figure out who wrote what.
So what is the point? Nothing will get done about it and they’ll find you out for telling the ‘truth’
@OP not replying don't care about fake survey. BTW we should turn HR to 100% AI.
