It's not a secret the OT is bleeding and drying out the divisions and there going to be another major layoff soon.
I'm hearing a lot of rumors about OT going to sell ADM bu heard SAP and others but is there any credibility to those rumors? is anyone going to buy ADM?
I guess the sale will be happening at the end of the faineance year (this June - start of July)

@18d Everybody I know that was sold as part of Vertica is no longer with OT as of last Friday. Hope for their sake it has been finalized.

Microsoft rumours of ADM is not true. Microsoft already has github which is on the devops space. MS is releasing earnings in 2 days. They have told their focus is on AI and infrastructure. How does a legacy product like ADM help ? MS doesnt need a product portfolio to get customers.
Could be rocket software or SAP or a private equity I guess.
What in tar nation would Microsoft want with ADM? I could see how SAP could be interested. Rocket seems to be buying up old Open Text tu-ds so maybe they will buy another.

SAP, Rocket and Microsoft are interested but are looking for a fire sale deal.
@b5 well currently we are a 5 billion dollar company so your maths is a little off
Also those two units don't make up anywhere near 50% of the company
It will be in this quarter. And yes ADM will be sold.. last to go would be SMBC. And then OT will be 50% size of what it is now. Will be a 800Mil company.
