New directors come in. They find out how each production plant is run. Bring in their own people. You’ll find out what degrees and experience brings to a company. Out with the old culture in with the new.
It won’t happen overnight. Guarantee it will. Stock price increases and all the waste of money goes to shareholder value. Don’t create a schedule you won’t need overtime. You guys meet $130,000 a year and you people who got bogus promotions. With $80-$100,000 salary range. You will go and that money we’re going to shareholder value.
Now is the time. Now is the best time of your life. Knowing you’re unemployed and Honeywell running without you. It will bring shareholder value up.
Your future shaper. You can tell him that at the unemployment line.
All of this Q2 executive travel is a massive coping mechanism for passing time.

Will leadership try to do it anyway? Yes, because somebody gets a big bonus by doing it in Q3 instead of Q4.
