@ej The year was per her contract. MCs and MC-1 have provisions to protect them. She was over her head and treated people like cr-p. There were some rumors about the Workday project and poor decisions about the implementation and the company selected to do the work.

@br What was the deal with her? Why was she a disaster? I noticed she was almost immediately replaced, but then got to stay on the payroll for exactly a year doing nothing.

@a9 AC hired him after his first CHRO was an utter disaster. She didn’t even last 18 months before they moved her to special projects. Talk about a waste of resources.
