I've been at this company for ages, and I've worked with all kinds of different teams. Even besides the top C-suite folks, there are some total deadweight employees that really should get fired or transferred to another department — especially the ones that are in charge of all our core stuff. I already sent a long email to a handful of C-level execs and the new CEO calling out these bad apples. These je-ks are holding us back from building really good products.

@r7 AI can’t replace the human in the box, but it definitely can replace executives.
I agree. From my first line mamagers all of the way to the CEO. They're all useless!
Smooth move, ex-lax. C-Suite execs always appreciate wall of text emails complaining about others.
Golden rule dude, no one likes a tattle-tale, even if they are right.
@dk go ahead and share that spreadsheet
@OP I volunteer as tribute.
@a4 Support teams though - stuck in the middle a lot.
Some departments have no excuse, but others do get track of who's helpful and who's a wallflower.
Is there a shared Google sheet? Not to my knowledge. But they're probably able to warn each other if someone well and truly su-ks.
@am maybe.
If you really want to reverse engineer layoffs though. Because it's rare to see someone get fired here. I've barely even heard of PIPs on my team.
If a 'poor performance' list becomes a 'add your name to be free' one - probably have takers.
Has to be a joke
@a2 Yes I’m. I reported myself too.
get back to creating shareholder value, peon!
If you have the time to monitor enough people closely enough to generate a "long list", sounds like you aren't spending enough time on your own work. Add your name to the bottom and send it out again.
You're probably the bad apple that needs to be fired tbh
lmao this is insane
