Chairman meeting told union reps they're coming soon. Confirmed by General Foreman. Not sure what shops and crafts will be effected.

How many job loses will it take for us union “brothers” to finally say enough is enough? Gonna wait until you’re on the chopping block? Guys with 13+ years just lost their jobs their careers. Guys who worked their As--s off day in and day out and actually enjoy their jobs unlike those up at the top of the list who do nothing but sit on their a-s and complain about everything yet do absolutely nothing to make a difference what so ever. What’s it gonna take? Weakest unions I have ever seen.
This is crazy record profits for a greedy corporation wanting to pad there pockets, all they want to do is be like UP , plus we pay how much for our dues and get Jack back from them , it's time we take a stand against this there were supposed to add jobs but keep taken away let that sink in to all the id--ts who voted yes on this last contract because you got a weeks vacation a year earlier.
@a5 jimbo
@cp they should cut FLS by 50% or more. Most of them don't know the craft, lineup manpower with the wrong information, and just want to shotg-n fix everything instead letting craftsmen actually troubleshoot. They can be replaced by a daily email.
Trying to bring back 11 people, won't make a dent in the manpower that we have lost.
They can get rid of HR in every location. They just cover up hotline calls for exempts.
Topeka?
Word is Foreman are being called to Fort Worth next week for a meeting.
@c2 You guys are getting all the money over there with the Arizona and Barstow expantion. They are over everywhere else. They could move them there but thats expensive over there.
@c2 not yet but I'm sure we're not safe
Nothing on the California and Southwest Division?
I said this will happen on Reddit last week. Just wait for the yardmasters to get abolished and train masters will take over that spot.
