Your supervisor will almost certainly know which of his five employees writes in a certain style or has expressed similar thoughts. The best way to handle this is to score everything negatively and guard your anonymity by refusing to comment. Don't give the ELT any satisfaction in seeing how awful they've made your work life.
"I would respond to this survey with more openness and honesty if there weren't 50 people behind me reading my monitor in this open floor plan."
