"Walkout" in Claims today?

Some rumors/rumblings that there was a "walk out/log out" in protest in parts of Claims today. Any word on what that was about and the extent of?

Walk out while you still have job. They’re doing everything they can to eliminate all of ya’ll.

How did the walkout go? Guessing it was just extra PTO used on that day and nothing more given no updates. See post below if you want actual power to change the company for the better.

Until insurance workers in claims and underwriting unionize, this is only going to get worse before they flip the labor 100% to AI and offshoring. Time is ticking.

When I left 4 years ago it was bad and I can only imagine how much worse it is. I don’t blame claims for walking out.

Not in my area but some did. Not sure how it is going to go for them. But I know a lot are at their wits end with how things are going and probably don't really care.

Something about changes in work flow. They weren't happy. Was outside of my corner though.
