I’m sure there are numerous, but the 360 app team is a total mystery to me. No one responds to emails or messages. It’s impossible to get any answers to XDA or FMP. I am starting to think none of them know the programs and aren’t able to answer questions.

The 360 team is depleted, and that is only XBS. What about Enterprise? They are worse.. R.S. team is trash, no leadership. There has to be changes on enterprise side, its not working

No one gets it. You read this stuff here and you see the turmoil. But yet you stay here? Good lord scrubbing floors is an upgrade at this point.

You do realize many of these areas of the business have seen huge staff reductions then increased volume at the same time in last year? There’s prob one person doing four people’s jobs for the same pay after watching all their co-workers get let go. You’re on a sinking ship friend. This isn’t going to get any better.
@a3 Nope, not just now. I do feel like most departments try, though. Supplies responds eventually. Contracts make updates fast if you used the MACD site. The service techs do a great job. 360 team is a ghost town though. I am not blind to the widespread problems. In every department though there are at least a few people trying to keep up.
