How many months in a row can someone be out of compliance before an action is taken? What's the sequence of events that follows?

@c1 My guess is that USB simply doesn’t give a sh-t and will do it anyway. They will gamble on the fact that most people will probably not pursue legal action.
They cant fire people when their reporting is inaccurate and policy is inconsistent. Thats targeted and also falsifying data. Pretty sure thats a delicious lawsuit waiting to happen.
@ag from the sounds of it - yes. If I am penalized for it (I am reasonably compliant and have always been) I am immediately calling the Ethics Line. Do I think it'll help? Probably not. But I'm not going to sit back and take that nonsense.
@af Are those three months going to include all of our recent months with wrong data?

How do they see you in office if your manager and the rest of your team are in different hub?
HR case gets opened. They get involved and HR goes fast. They check weekly not monthly to see if the employee improves. Employee has to be seen in office by a manager. They are watched everyday. If no improvement, they will get fired. That has happened before.
