No. Not all CEOs (or 99.99% of them) cannot implementation strategies that enhance the lowering the morale, productivity, and health of U.S. Bank employees, so she is got in to control as the CEO (given her understanding/knowledge/experience with age old slavery practices/mindset in India)
Force employees to drive 2-3 hours in traffic.
Ensure employees sit in uncomfortable/non-ergonomic chairs for 8 hours - with no real productivity.
Employees miss taking care of their small children, senior parents, family members with disabilities.
