Next month will start going in the first 12 days of the month for 4 hours stints. Then 13 days without a commute till the next month.

@aj Same, if my manager's manager's manager (because frankly that's the first level anyone might actually care) wants to quibble about one single month at the end of the year, they can be my guest.

@OP aiming for 11 in April as that was the metric until a week into the month. Will shoot for the 60% bs may and onward.

I calculated the 60% for the next few months, and figured if I still went in the 3 days per week, it comes out to what I calculated any way. Not planning on doing anything different than what I have been.

If you do the 3 days you will meet the target assuming you take pto and have holidays based on my calcs. That’s what I’m doing.
