I've worked for PaaS and MaaS, and I was let go with the HCl rebadging, but I hear CaaS is hiring and I'm not familiar with that department.
Can someone explain the job to me?

They made an offer and I turned it down.
Wrong company, like i get right after being moved to HCL spamming the boards here for sympathy and all, but its been a few years now....why post in your old employers forums at this point? They are not going to rehire you at state farm, so it just clogs and already nearly useless discussion forum.
Why not post these questions here? It'd be a lot more useful than entertaining the no more pension, etc trolls alive and well here.
Probably not going to rehire people that were not kept at hcl. Getting harder to hire and bringing in overseas talent and defined skills.
I can explain you aren't qualified if you have to ask here
