My schedule gets flipped around constantly and I'm so tired of it. Meetings move all the time, deadlines jump forward, and it's messing with everything else in a way that makes my job much, much harder than it should be. Why the he-l is it so hard to stick to a set schedule?

You have to be new here and under 30, no employee of any company with any experience makes this comment
It's the Dell way. Leave.
@aa The only constant for me at Dell has been my schedule, but we have a solid global team with each geo having the other one's back so we can be out the door by 5 almost every day.
😂 LOL!! You must be new here at Dell? We don't keep commitments. We don't even make commitments. We sure as he-l don't keep schedules. And we sure as he-l don't ever ship anything on time...EVER.
Management thinks they're important when they shift around schedules. It makes them feel useful. It's all they know how to do.
