@k1 No they asked for volunters, basicaly looking for the dead weight who wants to get paid to leave to step up and and actualy go so that less people have to be randomly chosen to be laid off.
But certin people are freaking out over such an unheard of concept. Their little brains can't fathom helping others, they just want to surf a free check to do as little as possible giving them more time to come on this site and complain.
