The Oracle layoffs should focus on California and Seattle sites. A lot of wasteful spending goes on at Calif and Seattle Oracle sites, with little if any return on investment. Oracle leadership has realized running their core business outside of California and Seattle is a lot cheaper. At our non-California Oracle site nobody has received a layoff notice. Management told us we are safe.

You are reading the WARN all wrong. These are the ones that were notified (aka laid off) on April 3, whose termination date is after 60 days of being notified.
