Received an invite to an “employee hypercare” session and the only reason I can think of is my peakon comments. Anyone else had this?

BNY creates more awareness and mental health programs for reasons and problems they create. Never is there any acknowledgement by the company that they create these problems in the first place. This is just another pi-ple on the a-s-s of progress.

I don’t know about other areas, but within GP&T, it’s all former JPMorgan

Reminds me of that one song verse by the Rolling Stones- ‘I shouted out ‘who ki-led the Kennedys?’ When after all, it was you and me’
Since the rise of Robin, mental health here has crashed to almost ‘Da---r level’. What with people getting chainsawed by the People’s team.
@b8 omg I’m so sorry to all this persons friends families and coworkers. I rated zero on all the mental health questions on the Peakon survey and made plenty of comments. I found it odd there were so many questions about mental health and well being and put them on blast for causing the mental health issues that they keep adding programs for. If you already have mental health issues STAY AWAY FROM BNY. Or any other big bank for that matter.

JP Morgan has not taken over BNY. Goldman sachs has from the CEO down are all wx GS and they keep bringing in more of them and creating roles to bring them in too. Now they are pushing to get a dallas site opened so they can take processes away from other locations and put it there. Guess what else is in texas? Goldman sachs
This did not make news.
After new year 2026, a BNY Pittsburgh employee deleted themselves in one of BNYs parking garages. This was kept unwraps the best I can tell. I heard about this event since I work with former co-workers of this individual.
They were saddened about upset this happened and destroyed their workday.
There may be a push for employee mental health at the firm.
JP Morgan has clearly taken over our company.
Below is a recent news headline so I wouldn’t be surprised if we are doing the same.
JPMorgan has started monitoring the keystrokes, video calls, and meetings of its junior investment bankers—and they say it’s for employee well-being
